| Section 4.4: Special Warnings
The following paragraph has been added under the section Diabetes and Hypoglycaemia:
Occasionally causes hypoglycaemia, even in non-diabetic patients, e.g., neonates, infants, children, elderly patients, patients on haemodialysis or patients suffering from chronic liver disease and patients suffering from overdose. Severe hypoglycaemia associated with nadolol has rarely presented with seizures and/or coma in isolated patients.
Section 4.8: Undesirable effects
A new section has been added as follows:
Endocrine:
Hypoglycaemia in neonates, infants, children, elderly patients, patients on haemodialysis, patients on concomitant anti-diabetic therapy, patients with prolonged fasting and patients with chronic liver disease has been reported (see section 4.4 and 4.5).
